Opening hours

SWEDA does not operate an emergency service. Our normal opening hours are Monday to Friday between 8am and 8pm. If you call us outside of these hours, please feel free to leave a message on our answerphone or send a message via the contact form. Someone will contact you as soon as they are able.

If you require any support outside of our working hours and cannot wait, please visit the Emergency Contacts page for a list of organisations who may be able to help you. If you are or someone you know is facing a medical emergency, please call 999.
