Are you a couple who have lived or are living with the experience of an eating disorder?

My name is Zoé Dixon, I am a trainee counselling psychologist at City University in London, and am conducting my doctoral thesis exploring couples' experiences of living with an eating disorder or eating difficulties. The research has been passed by the university ethics committee and is self funded; my researcher is clinical psychologist Dr. Jay Watts ( jay.watts.1@city.ac.uk).

I am therefore looking for couples who would be willing to talk to me confidentially about this experience. I hope to raise awareness of this experience, especially in the field of counselling psychology, to help inform and improve services that are provided for people in this situation. It seems that it is an area that has not been given as much research weight as others within the eating disorder field, and one which I feel is important.
