The role of online support groups in eating disorders

I am a researcher at University College London. We are currently undertaking a project investigating the role of online support groups in eating disorders. Our aim is to better inform people of what these groups are like and your experiences of using them. We would like to invite people who identify themselves as having an eating disorder to take part in a short questionnaire.

Recruitment Criteria:

• Must be over 18 years old
• Identify themselves as having an eating disorder
• Have experience of using eating disorder related websites

The survey consists of 4 short questionnaires, which take around 5-10 minutes to complete altogether.

This research has been approved by the UCL Research Ethics Committee (Project ID Number: 3029/001). All answers will be entirely confidential, no identifying questions will be asked, and you will remain completely anonymous. You will not be asked to provide your weight or BMI.
