Hi there,

My name is Hannah Kelland. I am training to be a clinical psychologist. I am conducting some research into beliefs and eating disorders. I am inviting you to take part in this internet-based research project.

What does the study involve?
Taking part in the study will involve you completing a range of questionnaires. You can fill these out online, or contact me to receive a paper copy. They should take between 30 and 40 minutes to complete.

Why should I take part?
It is hoped that the study will help to increase psychological knowledge about the impact of longstanding beliefs on eating disorders, and of how to best help people who are suffering from them.

Who should take part?
We are looking for women and men who are currently suffering from an eating disorder (anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa and eating disorder not otherwise specified). Also, you must be 18 – 65 years of age and speak fluent English.

For those of you who decide to take part - thank you very much! It will take 30-40mins to complete so please put enough time aside. It is important that you complete all the questionnaires in the survey otherwise I won't be able to complete the analysis!
